Processing Time:
All orders for pickup will be prepared within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or special promotions. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Hours:
Pickups are available during our regular business hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Notification for Ready Orders:
Customers will be notified via email or phone when their order is ready for pickup. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation:
To pick up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or provide your name and order number at the counter.

Holding Time:
Orders will be held for a maximum of 3 days after the scheduled pickup date. If the order is not collected within this time frame, it may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
